有關114年度國家科學及技術委員會「傑出研究獎」申請一案，請申請人於114年8月4日(星期一)中午12時前完成線上申請作業，並請系所於114年8月5日(星期二)中午12時前線上確認並列印申請名冊1份，經主管核章後送至本校研究發展處研究推動組。
一、依據國家科學及技術委員會（下稱國科會）114年6月12日科會綜字第1140039688號函辦理。
二、旨揭申請案採線上申辦方式，申請人應至國科會傑出研究獎線上作業系統，依「國科會傑出研究獎遴選作業要點」及申請表單進行申請。
三、另依「國科會傑出研究獎遴選作業要點」規定，申請人除應符合國科會補助專題研究計畫主持人資格(不含已退休、累獲該會傑出研究獎二次以上人員)外，並應分別符合下列規定：
(一)基礎研究類：研究成果以突破科學問題為主，並具備下列條件之一者：
１、研究成果具學術原創性或具重要學術價值。
研究成果具學理創新性，對學術發展有重大影響及貢獻。
(二)應用研究類：研究成果以解決實務問題為主，對經濟、社會、民生福祉、環境永續、產業效益等具前瞻科技創新，改善人類生活之知識與技術，具有重大貢獻及有具體事實者。
四、檢附旨揭獎項遴選作業要點、線上申請作業使用注意事項、申請名冊及學術司專屬申請表各1份。
五、本案另以師大研推字第1140023700號函轉知各單位。

Applicants for the NSTC Outstanding Research Award for 2025 are to complete the online application before 12pm on Monday, August 4, 2025. The department will confirm the application by noon on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, and print out a copy of the name list of applicants, which is to be stamped by the Chairperson of the Department before being sent to the Division of Research Coordination, Office of Research and Development.

Note:
1. Applications are to be made online. Applicants are to go to the online application system of the NSTC Outstanding Research Award, follow the Guidelines for the Selection of Recipients for the NSTC Outstanding Research Award, and fill out the application form.
2. In addition, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Selection of Recipients for the NSTC Outstanding Research Award, applicants are to fulfill the criteria below besides being the principal investigator of a project funded by NSTC (researchers who are retired or have received the NSTC Outstanding Research Award twice or more are excluded).
(1) Academic Research: The research results are primarily aimed at achieving scientific breakthroughs and meet one of the following requirements.
i. The research results are academically original or of significant academic value.
ii. The research results are scientifically original and have a significant impact on and contribution to academic development.
(2) Applied Research: The research results are primarily aimed at solving practical problems. The revolutionary technological innovation should have a positive impact on the economy, society, people's well-being, environmental sustainability, industrial efficiency, etc. The knowledge and technology from the research project should improve the lives of people significantly, and there should be concrete evidence to prove these impacts.
