1.Subsidized Party：Principal investigator must be NTNU faculty or researcher and fits one of the following eligibilities.
    i.If the applicant had published at least one international co-authored academic journal article that is collected in the Scopus database, the applicant must be the first author or the corresponding author.
    ii.The collaborative is a key partner as announced by the NTNU Office of International Affairs.

2.Subsidy Period：2025/8/1 to 2026/7/31

3.Application Period：From this point to 2025/3/31, 5pm

4.Subsidy Amount：Maximum 200,000 NTD (Operating fees, travel expenses, fees for foreign scholars visiting Taiwan)

5.Result Evaluation：
   i.Submit research results within one month after the end of subsidy period.
   ii.Submit an International Cooperation Research Project Add-on of a Bilateral Agreement to the NSTC within two years of the original subsidy period.
   iii.Principal investigator must be coauthors with overseas collaborative and publish one research result in a Scopus journal within 3 years of the original subsidy deadline. (choose one of ii & iii)
